Chanel A. Henry, M.S., Ph.D. Candidate, is the Founder and Lead Cognitive Systems Developer of VIGI IQ. With a Master’s degree in Psychology (emphasis in Health Psychology) and doctoral training in Behavioral Neuroscience and Quantitative Research, she brings deep expertise in clinical psychometrics, neurocognitive assessment, and regulatory compliance from years of work in clinical trials and laboratory science.

She founded VIGI IQ in 2024, driven by her long-standing vision to create responsible, human-first cognitive systems. After transitioning into AI safety and model evaluation, she has continued to advance the architecture while maintaining her work in AI research and trust & safety.

Chanel is passionate about building AI that serves as a genuine partner to humans — governed, ethical, and designed to enhance human vigilance rather than replace it.
