About Us - VIGI IQ™

About the Founder

Chanel A. Henry, M.S., Ph.D. Candidate, is the Founder and Lead Cognitive Systems Developer of VIGI IQ™. With a Master’s degree in Psychology (emphasis in Health Psychology) and doctoral training in Behavioral Neuroscience and Quantitative Research, she brings deep expertise in clinical psychometrics, neurocognitive assessment, and regulatory compliance from years of work in clinical trials and laboratory science. Her broader research and clinical background includes work in neuropathic pain research, post-stroke depression, laboratory animal research, and neurodegenerative disease clinical trials.

She founded VIGI IQ™ in 2024 to realize a long-standing vision: helping people think more clearly, reason more effectively, and make better decisions in complex, data-driven environments. Drawing on her background in clinical research and quantitative analysis, she designed and built a proprietary synthetic cognitive architecture that integrates structured reasoning, adaptive memory, and governance-first design principles. She is the sole creator of The Omega Interaktiv Experience (Ω-IX)™ and the VIQ™ cognitive architecture and independently designed, developed, and deployed its public prototype through multiple phased releases.

Her work is grounded in the belief that artificial intelligence should not replace human judgment, but strengthen it - providing structured analytical support that enhances clarity, reduces error, and supports more reliable decision-making under uncertainty. This includes a strong emphasis on safety and responsible system behavior, ensuring that analytical support remains aligned with human intent and real-world impact.

Chanel continues to advance VIGI IQ™ at the intersection of neuroscience, data analysis, and AI system design, with a focus on building tools that help people reason with data, navigate complexity, and act with greater confidence and precision.
