OmegaMind (ΩM)™ is VIGI IQ™'s governed cognitive runtime: the layer that carries VIQ™ and the Omega Interaktiv Experience (Ω-IX)™ governance framework into the systems where intelligence actually gets used.
VIQ™ is the reasoning. Ω-IX™ is the law it reasons under. OmegaMind™ is what makes that governed intelligence operable inside a real host system, physical, clinical, or software, without rebuilding the governance from scratch for every new environment.
Every host is different. A clinical device speaks in sensor readings. A training platform speaks in user questions. A research tool speaks in documents. OmegaMind translates whatever the host is saying into a form VIQ™ can reason over, routes it through Ω-IX™ governance before anything executes, and hands back a result the host can use, all while enforcing the same permission boundaries VIQ™ was built to guarantee.
